Problem Faced

Since we started this association in 2011 we have had lots of obstacle starting from registering the association and carrying out the activities.

Most of our obstacles centre mostly on the finances thanks to our understanding members who are trying very hard to overcome these obstacles. Each year we draw a budget and this budget entails much money.

 We have always have problem as we hardly have enough of what we need. Amongst all the members only few are working. While some are waiting for salary as they are newly integrated in the public service making it difficult for us to effectively carry on our activities as stated.

Some parents are not cooperating with us to help us achieve our goal. Some just think that we came in to help they will just abandon everything to us to do. 

Like in the case where the child we are helping is practicing truancy and the parents are doing nothing about it or parents not buying the child exercise books when they get finish in the middle of the school year.

Most of these problems are to be managed by the parents because we are not always there all the times.

Since we ever started we have been having but budget deficit that is why we never executed the intended project for any academic year at all These children that need our assistance are many we seriously need a second or third party to help us increase the number of children we are working with at least up to ten children in whole Bui Division. 

All we can do is to assist the few we can and we equally need assistance from other association who are out to carry out similar or the same activities as us to help facilitate the education of these poor needy children.
